About Frog Pad Fixers – Our Mission & Values
WHO WE ARE
Built on Navy Values, Serving Our Community
At Frog Pad Fixers LLC, we believe every family and property owner deserves a reliable handyman without the hassle of sky-high prices or long wait times. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, we specialize in handyman services, home repairs, remodeling, real estate punch lists, and property management solutions.
MEET THE OWNERS
I’m J.R., owner and operator of Frog Pad Fixers. Before starting this business, I served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aircrew Survival Equipmentman, completing two combat tours following 9/11. The Navy’s core values of honor, courage, and commitment continue to guide my work today. After more than 10 years of experience across construction, plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, and remodeling, I saw the need in Pittsburgh for a one-stop shop that handles everything from small handyman calls to major home repairs — all at honest, flat rates.
Working alongside J.R. is Britany, co-founder and managing partner. Over the past three years, she has been instrumental in building this company from the ground up and continues to oversee daily operations and management. Together, we share the same vision: providing families, investors, and property owners with dependable, affordable services backed by military values and community care.

Whether you’re a homeowner needing quick repairs, a realtor with a punch list, or an investor looking for property management, Frog Pad Fixers is your one-stop shop. With fast communication, friendly service, and quality results, we’re here to keep Pittsburgh homes running smoothly — without breaking the bank.
Community & Causes
At Frogpad Fixers, giving back is part of our DNA. Each month, we highlight a different charity or nonprofit organization, from veteran-focused groups like the Wounded Warrior Project to local community causes right here in Pittsburgh. A percentage of our services and promotions are dedicated to supporting these organizations.
